#TransformationTuesday This weeks transformed athlete is Kirsty McAvoy! Over the past six months we've gone back to basics to ensure all fundamental aspects are acquired. This has helped her stay more consistent at the gym despite her crazy schedule as well as keeping her healthy and making great strength improvements. The last two months have had a large focus on squats, specifically box squats, as they have always been a challenge. Here she is with a big Personal Record (PR) at 125lbs.
