Sign up for Forge Valley Fitness Personal Training sessions where one of our world class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. This is the best option for those athletes who are serious about taking their training to the next level. This is also a great option for membership who would prefer not to be in group classes.

We are staffed with a team who is certified to work with membership who are in need of: a specific weight loss program, masters populations, those with injuries that preclude them from participating in group activities, athletic development, weight gain, Olympic Weightlifting, Running technique and training, gymnastics skills training, nutrition, Sports performance and CrossFit competitors. Specific needs are addressed on a case by case basis and a plan is developed during the 1-on-1 introductory training session.
