Group Classes

Our Group Class program is by far the most popular; designed to meet the needs of our diverse community, including full-time moms, shift workers, accomplished athletes, and retired grandparents; everyone benefits from the group programming.


It’s easy: every movement programmed at Forge Valley Fitness is infinitely progressable allowing each and every person to work within their own work capacity. For example, a workout may include pull ups, a move many people can not perform when they begin. For grandma, we may use differing resistance bands to aid in reducing the load she has to move to complete the movement, this allows her to get stronger within the movement and work within her own strength capacity. The elite athlete may just perform the movement as prescribed or we may use the addition of a weighted vest. It all depends on the client, that is why your coach will aid you in progressing movements where necessary.


The most fun aspect of group coaching is the encouragement from your fellow community members. I guarantee you never got cheered on at your local gym to do another push up or lunge, especially whilst they were also working out. The supportive community developed during your group workouts is one of the main reasons people love CrossFit; surrounding yourself with a community of like minded individuals with the desire to be healthier and happier assures you the best chance of achieving your goals.


Group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. Our members have a professional coach, called a 'Coach for Life' who are responsible for monitoring progress and holding their athletes accountable to achieving their fitness goals.

In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be lead by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery:

  • Mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function
  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout
  • The Workout of the Day WOD – which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more
  • Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout

Our monthly hybrid memberships vary from $152.00 to $370.00+ for our most comprehensive program. Memberships are completely customized to our clients wants and needs.

For safety and efficacy reasons personal training sessions are required prior to entering these monthly memberships.

These memberships provide a range of options suited to your schedule, availability, and ultimate fitness goals.

As every client has a vast range of personal goals and ability levels, our group coaching program is designed with the flexibility to meet those needs.
