The "LIFE" program is designed specifically for the 55+ age group.
In this 6 week program you will…
The classes are programmed for an hour with a warm-up, strength focus, workout and cool down.
Our coaches provide appropriate progressions for all movements. We coach a basic movement first before introducing a more advanced movement. Our priority is to make sure you are safe, comfortable and become proficient in the movements before introducing new dynamic movements.
And above all HAVE FUN doing it.
