Hybrid Memberships

Once you graduate fundamentals it’s time to start classes. At this point, you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym.


You and your Coach for Life will decide on a realistic number of times per week you should attend classes and meet 1-on-1 to keep you on track. These are what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to keep you attending classes, improving specific skills, and ensure you meet with your Coach for Life as often as needed. 

No more starting a program and never finishing it, we’re here to make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!

The social environment, the community and the friends you make will provide you with accountability and a friendly nudge helping you reach new heights of fitness. Each and every person at Forge Valley Fitness is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed but ensuring the success of everyone in the gym.
