Fluffy Blueberry Paleo Pancakes + Beach WOD

There is something so satisfying about a tall stack of soft, fluffy pancakes.  Eating a gluten-free diet can make this a challenging thing.  There are many recipes out there like '3 ingredient pancakes' and such but they just don't have the right texture!  I finally stumbled across this incredible recipe created by Civilized Caveman Cooking.  They are super easy to make, they don't have a ton of calories in them, and you don't need to buy a $15 bag of Almond Meal! Try these out on your next Pancake Sunday! ...Everyone has Pancake Sunday right... On a second note, it's creeping up fast.  Our first Beach WOD of the summer (Yes I plan on organizing another one or two).  Saturday June 18, 10:00AM @ Kin Beach.  Matt Vanderhorst has volunteered his travel BBQ, but I need someone with a truck to transport it! Details: Please try to arrive between 9:45 and 10:15.  I will start a warm-up at 10:15, we should be done the WOD portion around 11:00AM then we can relax, BBQ and enjoy the sunshine. If you have sports toys, bring them!  I'll have a Frisbee, Football and Badminton set, who has a Volleyball? Bring some snacks, appetizers and or your choice of meat! We will have some burgers from Jeff @ Grillers as well. Bring a beach towel, camping chair, and be prepared to get in the water! (Always optional if you really don't like swimming) Bring friends and family!  There won't be any crazy squat snatching and handstands so the workout will be friendly. Hope to see lots of you there!
