CrossFit Teens



CrossFit Teens ( ages 13-18) is for athletes and non-athletes alike. Our strength and conditioning programs will help athletes gain the fitness they need to perform at a higher level. Non-athletes will benefit from greater strength, aerobic capacity, coordination and confidence. All participants are coached in all the basic lifts such as squat, deadlift, presses, pull-ups, and olympic lifting. Gymnastics elements rounds out our training.

Class Times

3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:30-4:30pm
