This pyramid says it all. Ultimately, nutrition plays a critical role in our overall health.

I'm here to help you live your best life. Whether you’re a new parent or busy parent; budding athlete or professional athlete; fallen off the wagon or needing a whole new wagon; or maybe you’ve just tried every damn diet under the sun and you’re still not getting the results you want.

Our nutrition program is not an all-or-nothing approach and is not about quick short-term changes; combining coaching and ongoing accountability to create behaviour changes and habits that help support your long-term health & fitness goals.

There are no shortcuts, quick fixes, magic diets or special products here. Instead, you get an incredible support system and resources to help you live healthier and happier, and achieve your personal goals. We will uncover your relationship with food and your body, dig deep to unravel the “why” behind your goals, aspirations and motivation.

Our Approach

Eat More approach is to use science-based nutrition, personal experiences and professional knowledge to provide individualized coaching and advice to suit each client’s needs. For some, that might mean focusing on calorie consumption; for others, it might mean tracking macros. Or, it might simply mean learning more about what food helps us feel and look our best and help heal our gut!

Regardless of the path that’s right for you, my focus is always on the long term and achieving the most sustainable results.

It starts with you. The more information me as your coach has to work with, the more you’ll get out of Nutrition Coaching. From the questions in our sign-up process, we start to get an idea about your background, motivation and objectives so we can match you with the best possible coach on our team. 

From there, I will provide you with all the information you need as well as answer any questions you have. You’ll be sent information to set you up on your journey. 

My fundamental aim is to educate people on eating (and debunking fads!) a healthy and balanced diet, understanding their own body better and nourishing it to live your most optimal life. We cut the crap to simplify healthy living.

In short, this involves analyzing what happens when you eat what you eat. We measure body composition changes and other health markers like sleep quality, training capacity, mental health and energy levels to keep you on track to achieving your goals.

Aiming to bring out the best in each individual and to provide them with the tools to take control of their own health journey. Some clients have been with me for six months; others two years or more; and some go and come back. The bottom line is that if something’s not working, we’ll change it. If changes aren’t happening, we’ll address it. If it’s all too hard, we’ll make it easier.

It is a passion helping people from all walks of life to achieve their goals.
