Forge is more than just a gym, we are a community, and to us, we focus on training for longevity and we recognize that in order to become our best selves, fitness needs to be sustainable, enjoyable, and programmed in a way that will give you great results without burning you out.
Forge Valley Fitness's focused program improves your fitness and general physical skills, and combining these in many different variations will produce a high level of work capacity; the ability to perform real physical work, like carrying your groceries or kids up the stairs, moving furniture, going for a hike, etc.
We will assign you a coach to help manage your health, wellness and fitness far beyond the walls of our gym. We will help improve your quality of life, getting you to do things now that you haven't done in 5, 10 or 20 years, and will keep you doing them for another 10+ years. We will be the best thing that has happened to your health, and your body.
